Leadership and Strategy
Leadership belongs to the soft skills and addresses issues and opportunities in a cross-disciplinary form without respect for functional boundaries.
Leading companies in the world have discovered which influence and support external, but especially internal coaches can provide for the improvement of individual performance by the reduction of personal barriers, e.g., within organisational change, and the motivation of staff. The results of such coaching, undertaken by skilled experts with high personal qualifications support inner-organisational dynamics, innovation and standing on global markets.
Leadership skills are individual but offer strong support to organisations. Therefore this training is organised differently. It uses work-based learning and work in small groups with peer-discussion and peer-feedback to develop participants in coaching and motivating as group or team leaders, but also leading inter-departmental manager discourse on higher organisational levels.
The programme draws cross-disciplinary content from organisational experiences, management, intercultural approaches and psychology. All content is focused on the development and improvement of participants’ interpersonal and individual skills and sensitivity.
